Do you daily exercise your rights? Do you believe you have the right to be happy? Do you daily exercise your rights to be happy? Are you one of the masses who believe that you have the right to be happy by just wakening up every day and performing the same actions you did yesterday which may or may not allowed you to truly enjoy happiness?
Perhaps proper blog etiquette is to not start out with so many questions yet these are what come to my mind when I think about my friends who often talk the talk and not walk the walk. Yes today I am a walking example of one man who is happy where I am and as important happy who I am.
I'm a dad and grand dad who just this past weekend again enjoyed being a laughing, giggling, part of my children's life in Mississippi. What a joy for me to be invited to help improve their house by doing what I love which is home improvement such as painting and landscaping. Of course simultaneously playing hide and seek with my 2 year old grand daughter was a major giggling bonus.
Dancing and running around the house and yard on a beautiful Spring Mississippi day with my grand daughter is an exercise which everyday this week I have grinned about upon reflection. I enjoy being fit enough to carry her around piggy back and try to wear her down which is seldom won.
The majority of each morning you can find me joyfully exercising my body with strength training during my work week in Atlanta. On the weekends you will if your up early enough see me walking and enjoying another sunrise and hearing all the birds singing happy bird songs. When I complete weekday strength training and weekend walks, a healthy breakfast is in order to rejuvenate and provide energy for the balance of my healthy mornings.
Yes I deserve a happy day each day and I gladly contribute my part by exercising my right to move stronger and healthier. I'm not a Body Builder as most know the term however I will argue I am building my body daily to be better and healthier. You can too.
Today I am exercising my rights and happy ability to strength train or pedal a bicycle farther than most ever dream they could. Perhaps you have stifled your dreams because of past challenges. Today understand they are in the past and you have a new opportunity to be happy and be a winner at whatever you want to do. I promise if you and I ever talk one on one I can show you not tell you that if you truly want to be happy and an effective parent and grand parent you can with strong efforts. Wanting to is nice, getting off your butt and doing it is nicer.
So what if your not where you want to be! I'm not either however I am getting closer everyday by strong and diligent efforts. When one direction is not effective I say now I know what doesn't work and I proceed onward with another effort. Yes I do sometimes make wrong turns and hit a dead end but I do not stop. I turn around and move on. What a joy-filled day when you get to laugh at past mistakes and know you are a better stronger person and far more educated than you thought possible.
Today exercise your right to be happy, healthy, and strong. Instead of complaining and wondering why others may seem happier or luckier, get up and improve your life by making different effective decisions and actions.

A duration of more than 5 years since I have enjoyed an April in Atlanta. When your in Bama you forget about other areas which celebrate Spring with blooming trees, bushes, and new grass. Fortunately now I can enjoy both areas.
My April Fitness today included awakening in Atlanta for the first time on a Monday in many years. My day began wonderful with a strong weight training session prior to breakfast to prepare for a grand exercise equipment workday.
I'm grateful for the opportunity to continue to be a part of the fitness industry and provide quality used exercise equipment to dealers, distributors, and end users. Today I was blessed to receive an order for new fitness equipment and already have the olympic bar set in route.
Whenever I think about enjoying April fitness in Atlanta I know I'm prepared for a bicycling outing, or a mountain hike, even a quick game of flag football, because I exercise daily. To awaken strong and healthy is a gift I endeavor to maintain and improve on. You can too. If you enjoy good health and desire no aching backs after yard work, then do what I do. Exercise a minimum of 20 minutes each day moving more than you did yesterday.
Hey you can count weed pulling in your garden if you didn't move more than that yesterday. Lets say like me and a friend yesterday you walked early in the morning for an hour and 15 minutes. You can walk the same distance today but try to be 1 minute quicker or you can do the same duration but go a bit further. Keep it fun. I always chose to walk more, I love outside.

Did you put out today? Did you receive the benefits you wanted for your days activities and actions? I did and I'm smiling.
Whatever your age, whatever disabilities you have, whatever your current income, vocation, or living conditions, you will receive the direct benefits today of your efforts. Did you put out today?
If you put out today all the talents you have, then at days end you will rest relaxed knowing you invested all the talents you have for today's or the weeks rewards. And you will have justly earned whatever you receive.
If you desire more than you receive then put out MORE. This may initially sound ridiculous however I am a working witness, when you put out more than you now reap, soon you will reap more. I dare you to try it and inform me I am wrong. This has been true for the ages and is true today.
Today as I'm in my 50's whatever I do I reap the direct rewards of my efforts. As I work for my employer and I work longer days than surrounding co-workers I reap better rewards. As I exercise in the dark early morning hours of the day I reap excellent healthy, strong rewards the rest of the day.
I am no different than you. I have healed broken bones all over my body. I have aches and pains daily that I move through. Family issues arise which can drain me mentally if allowed. My employment is not what I dreamed of when I was younger, nor is my income.
Each day I have the option to say and walk "oh pitiful me" or I can be happy to be alive and desire to excel at everything I touch. I have learned to smile more and speak less. I have learned to enjoy each sunrise and the early morning bird songs. I am thankful to feel the coolness of the wind on my body and the ability to walk upright with pep in my step.
Too many times we jump at the opportunity to complain about nearly everything from family issues that aren't going our way to politics that seemingly affect our future. Did you put out today? If you did as I did then today you are a happy camper.
Since exercise is an essential part of my walk, I know full well exercise should be a daily part of your walk too. I'm not saying you should do everything I do by no means. What I am saying is the day you start putting out more efforts especially concerning exercise you will feel better almost immediately.
If you want a better physical and mental outlook then get off your butt and exercise. I offer superior new and used exercise equipment to anyone wanting fitness equipment but you don't need to purchase anything to be healthier today. Get out and walk your neighborhood or do body weight exercise from You tube instruction. Nearly every community has a YMCA or local gym nearby you can join for a few dollars a day. You spend your money on fast food which is not healthy yet you won't put out efforts to be stronger and you wonder why I am healthier than you and have more energy. I put out today.

This year we are allowed an extra calendar day on 29 February 2012, and many call the day Leap Day. Being immersed in the fitness industry and such including pre dawn exercise workouts, I enjoyed tweeting about Leap Day during my workouts. I should have worked legs which would seem appropriate however the day called for shoulders and biceps. All and any workouts are healthy.
Today I'm hoping many will consider the healthy strong merits of Leap Day and exercise effectively. With a day called Leap Day how can you sit around as usual? At the very least you should walk around your neighborhood, jump rope if your strong, play hop scotch if you want to smile more, or as I do simply jump when friends are around and say its Leap Day.
